Alaska folks tell us from the lower 48 states not to use GPS. Well, we should have remembered that when coming into town to find our rv park. It was pouring down rain and foggy. I called the rv park, and the kind lady gave us directions and stayed on the phone with us until we arrived. We were only in Valdez for the night. I checked in and an employee driving a golf cart escorted us to our spot and helped my husband back into our designated spot. It was level and we had no trouble with hook ups. The ...

The park is a large gravel lot on the bay. What makes this place the best in Valdez is 1. Service - the owners and employees are helpful and friendly. They take you to your site and make sure you have what you need to get set up. 2. Bathrooms and full size showers. They are just what I needed after days on the road. Everyone I spoke with appreciated the showers and the cleanliness - really they literally cleaned up after each use while we were there. 3. Location, location, location. Right on the bay and easy walk to ...

We spend 3 nights in Bayside, Great waterfront view, very friendly staff, help to book some trips there, laundry service, nice clean showers, full hook up. The best attraction was feeding bald eagles. Every 17:30 owner was feeding around 20-30 eagles flying, battling, sitting on ground. Amazing experience, it was just 2m away from our camper! Such a show! Place is located in perfect location, 5min to Safeway, 5 min to marina, same distance to center. Walking distance everywhere that makes this place perfect for us. but the shared facilities are great! Washer and Dryer available. $3 for each at ...
